Greenberg & Co Cakes is a Sydney based boutique cake studio specialising in gluten-free, vegan, or dairy-free optional cakes and desserts. We use our own unique blend of non-gluten flours to make the perfect cake flour. Alternative ingredients are substituted for refined sugars, eggs and dairy. Our works are vibrantly coloured with dyes extracted from the natural pigments of fruits and vegetables to create soft watercolour paintings and bold geometric patterns. Every delicious recipe and elegant design is thoughtfully crafted to excite the palate and the eye of each client.

We endeavour to provide you products that have less of an impact on the environment. We aim to use organic products where available in our baking, cleaning and packaging. We compost unusable flowers and leftover cake offcuts. We buy in bulk to reduce landfill and recycling needs.
We support local businesses in sourcing the finest ingredients and flowers for our products. This includes trying to shop as locally as possible and with less waste. We are always looking to collaborate with other local businesses as well !
